Position: Commercial Service Technician – Food Service & Beverage Equipment

Primary Areas of Focus:

Supermarkets
Warehouses
Clubs
Convenience stores
Drug stores
Food service and industrial accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Maintenance: Service and maintain commercial food service equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
Beverage Equipment: Service and maintain coffee service equipment, as well as other beverage machines, keeping them running smoothly for client use.
Installation & Start-Up: Install new food service and beverage equipment, perform start-up procedures, and demonstrate equipment functions to ensure customers are familiar with operation.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience:
- Experience servicing food service equipment and rack refrigeration systems.
- Experience with beverage service equipment (coffee machines, beverage dispensers, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in electronic control troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Familiarity with espresso machine equipment service and repair is a plus.
- Experience with water purification systems is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, capable of interacting with clients and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
